Watching your favourite film late at night or burning the midnight oil to study and feel hungry? You don't necessarily have to binge on a tub of ice-cream. Try one of these healthier options that will not only satisfy your craving but also keep your waistline in check.

Milk
Low in calories and fat, milk contains amino acid that helps lull you into sleep. The calcium and vitamin D in a cup of milk can also boost the health of your bones. So, churn up strawberry milkshake or opt for hot chocolate milk.

Fruits
Didn't get the time to eat a fruit plate through the day? Have it at as a late-night binge. Go for apples, oranges or opt for strawberry and low-fat cream.

Popcorn
What better way to enjoy a movie than by having a bowl of popcorn to munch on? Popcorn is everyone's go-to snack, especially for those midnight craving. A good source of complex carbs, popcorn is low in calories as long as the kernels are not doused in butter, caramel or cheese. Moreover, you won't wake up feeling bloated or with a stomachache.

Veggies
