The Congress Working Committee (CWC) will meet on May 25 amid indications that party president Rahul Gandhi would offer to resign taking responsibility for the poll debacle. The deliberations would involve chief ministers of five Congress-ruled states — that include Punjab, where a very public feud between chief minister Amarinder Singh and senior leader Navjyot Sidhu broke out —bringing the matter to the central leadership.
