Rajasthan HC accepted Sachin Pilot's plea to make Centre a party in a petition filed by former deputy CM and 18 Congress MLAs against the disqualification notice served to them by the assembly speaker. The application for impleadment was moved on the grounds that the constitutional amendment is under challenge and, therefore, the Union of India is a necessary party now.
