The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested Shifa-Ur-Rahman, president of Jamia Alumni Association for charges of conspiracy during the Delhi violence. Police sources said that Shifa-ur-Rahman was called for questioning on Sunday during which cops found a number of incriminating evidences against him following which he was arrested.
