In the first confirmation on Chandrayaan-3, Union minister for department of space Jitendra Singh on Tuesday said the second lander mission to Moon will be a "cost-effective mission and most likely be launched in 2020". "The orbiter is already there (on Moon's orbit & functional). So we are going to cut on cost. It will carry only a lander mission." said Singh.
