Both Modi and Shah who have emerged the main draw for BJP are set to lead the upcoming assembly polls campaign. While the PM will obviously be the spearhead, Shah is going to tour Haryana and Maharashtra far more extensively. The Kashmir legislation has given more boost to the image of Modi and also Shah as assertive leaders, making them campaign spearheads again.
