None of the Lok Sabha constituencies in the southern states has utilized the entire allocation. West Bengal, UP, Gujarat, and Haryana are the only states where one or more constituencies utilized the entire allocation. West Bengal has the maximum of 10 constituencies in which Rs 25 crore each has been released after the MPs showed utilization certificates for their schemes.
