Rahul alleged that a CAG report on Rafale did not exist. "How did the Supreme Court see something that was never presented to PAC? In fact, no CAG report is in the public domain on this issue. It has not been submitted so far," he said. Congress also objected to a reference by the SC that the IAF chief had expressed reservations over disclosure of Rafale's pricing.
