Following Raj Babbar's statement on Friday which compared falling rupee with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother's age, a controversy had started. On Friday in an election rally, PM Modi said that "since the Congress is unable to compete with him, it has "started to abuse his mother." He added that targeting his mother will not help Congress candidates save their deposits.
