Tripura chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb’s latest gaffe has involved Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. In his speech at a function in Udaipur on Rabindra Jayanti on Wednesday, he said, "Tagore returned his Nobel award in protest against the British."
