The Congress went all out to attack the ruling BJP over the alleged fraud by billionaire jewellery designer Nirav Modi. Nirav Modi, his wife, brother, and business partner Mehul Choksi were booked by the CBI on January 31, for allegedly cheating state-run Punjab National Bank of Rs 280 crore.
