Rahul tenders apology for linking his 'chowkidar chor hai' remark to SC

Rahul Gandhi tendered an unconditional apology to the SC for "unintentionally" and "inadvertently" linking the apex court order in Rafale review plea to his "chowkidar chor hai" political jibe against PM Modi. Rahul filed a 3-page affidavit rendering an unconditional apology and requesting the top court to close the contempt proceedings.
