Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday took a swipe at PM Modi over his remarks that cloud cover "helped" IAF planes evade Pakistani radars during the Balakot strikes. "Modi ji, whenever it rains in India, do all aircraft disappear from the radar," the Congress president asked at an election rally in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
