Hope for homebuyers: SC may hand over Amrapali projects to authorities

The SC has said that it may hand over ownership of all Amrapali group projects to Noida and Greater Noida authorities, which will complete the construction work and give the flats to the owners. The top court said that handing over all the projects to the authorities was the best way to get over the crisis caused by financial mismanagement by the group.
