Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Saturday asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to tell the nation that it was the BJP government which released terror outfit JeM chief Masood Azhar from an Indian jail. Addressing a public rally in north Karnataka, Rahul said, "Let Modi make me understand who sent Masood Azhar from Indian jail to Pakistan."
