In a fresh twist to the killing of inspector Subodh Kumar Singh during protests over cow carcasses found in a Bulandshahr village earlier this week, the UP police said it had issued an arrest warrant on Friday against an Indian Army jawan for his alleged role in the violence that led to the officer’s death.
