The CBI on Friday asserted that the decision on Vijay Mallya's lookout circular was taken at appropriate level as part of the process and not by any individual. Rahul Gandhi had alleged that the CBI joint director AK Sharma weakened the lookout circular against Mallya and allowed him to flee the country.
