Lockdown 3.0: What will remain shut till May 17

The government extended the coronavirus lockdown by two more weeks from May 4. Across the three zones there will be no air travel, no movement of trains, no Metro services and no inter-state movement by road. Schools, colleges, and other educational and training/coaching institutions shall continue to remain shut. Hospitality services will remain close.

Maruti sells zero units in domestic market in April

The country's largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) on Friday said it did not sell a single unit in the domestic market last month due to coronavirus-led nationwide lockdown. The company had zero sales in the domestic market in April 2020, MSI said in a statement. This was because in compliance with govt orders all production facilities were closed, it added.
